RFinity Opens in Snake River Landing

Snake River Landing is pleased to announce that RFinity has opened their office in 901 Pier View Drive, Suite 207 near the corporate headquarters of Ball Ventures. RFinity is a new technology company that is launching a product that combines near-field transactions with the flexibility of mobile phones, to offer an open encryption platform that is convenient and highly secure. This system can be used in the context of different industries, from paying your neighbors for items at a garage sale to purchasing event tickets or paying for hotel rooms and opening the door at the same time.

RFinity, who has an exclusive worldwide license to exploit the relevant patents filed in conjunction with the Idaho National Lab (INL), was recently selected as the recipient of the 2009 R&D 100 Award for its Mobile Open-Encryption Platform by an independent judging panel and editors of R&D Magazine. The R&D 100 Award recognizes the most technologically significant products introduced in the past year. Past technologies of this award include the laser printer and high-definition televisions.

Although a start-up, RFinity has big plans to grow and has chosen Snake River Landing as not only the place for their current space, but also future expansion. “We love Snake River Landing! One of the reasons why we decided to build here and build out our space with Ball Ventures is because Snake River Landing gives us the flexibility to grow,” said Aaron Turner Chief Executive Officer of RFinity.
